Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in flight operations, customer service, or travel related business
  • Knowledge of US Customs, CANPASS and foreign travel requirements experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of U.S. Federal Aviation and U.S. Customs regulations a plus
  • Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organziation standards a plus
  • Understanding relationships with governement officials in a regulatory environment a plus
  • Solid communications skills
  • Solid results orientation
  • Must be able to adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to problem solve real time
  • Ability to develop and sustain productive and positive Owner and crew relationships
  • Ability to recognize and embrace the diversity of the employee and Owner groups
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include all shifts; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, as required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required
