Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in flight operations, customer service, or travel related business
- Knowledge of US Customs, CANPASS and foreign travel requirements experience is a plus
- Knowledge of U.S. Federal Aviation and U.S. Customs regulations a plus
- Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organziation standards a plus
- Understanding relationships with governement officials in a regulatory environment a plus
- Solid communications skills
- Solid results orientation
- Must be able to adapt to fast-changing environments
- Ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to problem solve real time
- Ability to develop and sustain productive and positive Owner and crew relationships
- Ability to recognize and embrace the diversity of the employee and Owner groups
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include all shifts; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, as required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required
