Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

  • Operational Experience within Aviation Safety, Flight Operations, Maintenance Operations or equivalenttransportation industry.
  • Experience with managing ramp operations at a Fixed Based Operator (FBO).
  • Professional training and/or education in safety investigation fundamentals.
  • Professional experience and/or education in Safety Risk Management (SRM).
  • Formal accident investigation training from NTSB, Military or equivalent.
  • Experience in marshalling, and fueling aircraft.
  • Must possess a demonstrated high degree of personal and professional integrity with the ability to maintainconfidentiality.
  • Detail oriented characteristics with an ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment withconstantly shifting priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write effective reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
