News Corp’s global brands to offer a range of technology services, including Mobile

Development, Web Solutions, Analytical Services, IT Infrastructure Support, and Cyber

Security Operations.

We are seeking an HRIS Associate Analyst with 0-1 years of experience to join our

team at News Corporation Bangalore location. As an HRIS Associate Analyst, you will

be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the seamless functioning of our

Workday systems and processes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide first-level support for HR Operations and HR systems-related queries from

employees and stakeholders.

● Support employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, employee data

changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.

● Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within Workday

and other HR systems.

● Monitor and manage HR support tickets through ServiceNow or other ticketing

platforms, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.

● Perform routine data audits and validations to maintain data integrity and compliance

standards.

● Support HR reporting activities by extracting, validating, and analyzing workforce

data.

● Assist with testing activities during system updates, enhancements, and Workday

releases.

● Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs),

and knowledge articles.

● Collaborate with global HR teams to support operational processes and continuous

improvement initiatives.

● Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance employee

and stakeholder experience.

● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with

professionalism and integrity.

● Support global HR projects and special assignments as needed.

● Flexibility to work in different shift hours as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or Human Resources

● 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience

are encouraged to apply).

● Strong interest in HR Operations, HR Technology, and employee lifecycle

processes.

● Basic understanding of Human Resources concepts and practices.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong documentation and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, data validation) and

Microsoft Office tools.

● Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.

● High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

● Internship or academic project experience related to HR, Operations, Analytics, or

HR Systems.

● Basic knowledge of Workday or any HRIS platform is an advantage.

● Familiarity with ServiceNow or ticketing systems is a plus.

● Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or process improvement concepts is desirable.

● Understanding of Agile methodologies or project management concepts is a plus.
