How you create impact
Champion customer success: Ensure the highest service quality, drive engagement, and retain customers through proactive relationship management.
Guide the team: Build and lead an independent team, providing mentorship, direction, and support to deliver excellence.
Shape the journey: Oversee customer onboarding, implementation, and reporting, ensuring seamless experiences and profitability.
Solve challenges: Proactively resolve client issues and escalations, aligning solutions with both customer needs and global initiatives.
Drive improvement: Lead continuous operational and process enhancements to boost efficiency, service levels, and financial performance.
Keep compliance strong: Ensure accurate systems reporting and adherence to QSHE and company standards.
Deliver results: Manage Project Logistics P&L, meet NPII targets, and establish minimum profitability margins.
