You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to support Customer + Operational Excellence by ensuring Labour Law compliance and Statutory adherence across all warehouses and offices.

Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, supporting smooth operations and minimizing compliance risks across sites.

How you create impact

  • To ensure compliance with central and state labour laws including CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, etc.
  • To manage and monitor contract labour compliance, including vendor documentation, statutory validations, and adherence checks
  • To maintain and update statutory registers, records, filings, and compliance trackers across all locations
  • To support execution of internal and external audits, including documentation, site readiness, and closure tracking of observations
  • To track and manage audit findings and ensure timely closure in coordination with site teams
  • To support statutory licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and documentation management
  • To track and update labour law changes and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely communication and implementation support
  • To coordinate with government authorities and inspectors for documentation, inspections, and follow-ups
  • To support payroll compliance checks, including validation of minimum wages, statutory deductions, and contractor compliance
  • To monitor and validate vendor compliance documentation on an ongoing basis
  • To support incident reporting and RCA coordination, including tracking closure timelines and documentation
  • To assist in execution of training and awareness programs on labour law and compliance requirements
  • To support compliance readiness for new customer onboarding, including documentation, checklist validation, and site-level coordination

What we would like you to bring

  • 10–12 years of experience in Labour Compliance and Industrial Relations (IR) within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws including CLRA, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, and Labour Codes.
  • Experience managing contract labour and manpower vendor compliance.
  • Proven ability to conduct statutory and labour compliance audits across multiple sites.
  • Hands-on experience handling employee grievances, labour disputes, strikes, and workforce disruptions.
  • Strong liaison and relationship management with labour authorities, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience validating payroll compliance, statutory deductions, and employee remuneration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and support on-site operational requirements.
  • LLB/LLM or Labour Law qualification preferred; experience with large logistics or e-commerce organizations is highly desirable.
