Experience in clinical or healthcare operations, preferably within a hospital or large healthcare setting.
Experience in setting up Breast Surgery, Digestive Health, and Geriatric Surgical Centers and with business development experience would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
Proven track record in operations management, workflow improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in planning, implementing, or supporting new clinical services or care models is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
