Job Brief:

"This role is responsible for customer management, CAM recoveries, and operational control of a high-rise residential building and focused on customer management, CAM recoveries, and building operation. He/She is also responsible to establish end-to-end Facility Management operations and liaison with relevant stakeholders for smooth transitions of property in whilst taking care of building related affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all apartment owners, ensuring seamless handling of customer affairs and building-related matters.
- Lead and manage CAM billing, collections, and recovery, ensuring targets are met and delinquencies are controlled.
- Oversee customer communication and engagement, including notices, policy updates, and issue resolution.
- Manage tenant and rental operations , including documentation, approvals, and compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure accurate record management of all customer data, agreements, and documentation (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with Admin and Security teams to ensure smooth execution of operations and enforcement of building policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution as per defined SLAs.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building rules, policies, and SOPs, including penalties and corrective actions.
- Lead on-ground teams and ensure effective deployment, supervision, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, and recovery performance.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters.
- Experience: 4-5 Years’ experience in relevant Field.
- Prior experience managing office operations, vendors, and support staff.
- Experience in corporate, industrial, or commercial environments preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
