Here’s what you would do: Ensure the supervision and safety of children at all times Plan, coordinate, and implement activities that fit children's developmental needs, interests, and creative learning Communicate with parents effectively and create a positive relationship Interact with children being consistent, fair and treating them with dignity and respect according to the YMCA Code of Conduct Comply with Community Care Licensing regulations at all times Change diapers and maintain the cleanliness and health standards of the environment at all times General housekeeping of program space and food preparation Record and monitor the daily activities of children in your care Plan, supervise and implement the program in accordance with the goals and policies of the YMCA
