Here’s what you would do: Attend weekend Adventure Clubs family campouts Coordinate with volunteer leadership to ensure safety and program standards are met Monitor safety and behavior throughout weekend Work collaboratively with volunteers and participants to problem solve and resolve conflict Represent the Y at campouts with a positive and approachable demeanor Research possible camping/activities facilities Provide campout reports to Director upon return from campout and provide follow-up as needed Follow and maintain standards, guidelines, objectives, and goals of the Adventure Club programs
