Group Lead Expert (m/f/d) - Category Management

Develop and implement global sourcing and contracting strategies for worldwide pharmaceutical greenfield and capacity expansion projects, including turnkey delivery models such as EPC and EPCm, as well as pharmaceutical consultancy services and technical equipment

Develop and execute procurement strategies in close collaboration with global IT stakeholders for group-wide functions such as Quality, R&D, Production, Engineering, and Automation within pharmaceutical manufacturing, covering IT hardware, software, and related services

Lead all commercial procurement activities for assigned projects, including:

• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts

• Reviewing technical documentation together with stakeholders and subject matter experts and preparing commercial documentation for awarding purposes

• Managing claims in collaboration with stakeholders and specialists

• Acting as the primary commercial interface for all project-related suppliers

Drive risk management activities, including supplier risk assessments, contract risk mitigation, and the negotiation of robust commercial terms

Lead negotiations in an international environment, establishing long-term global agreements and strategic partnerships with key suppliers

Develop, maintain, and present sourcing, performance reports, and KPIs, enabling transparency and data-driven decision-making at a global level
