For nearly a century, Wilton has been teaching cake decorating and confectionery art to students around the world. Formerly known as The Wilton School of Cake Decorating, we reopened our doors in 2024 with a modern twist and a new name — Wilton Sweet Studio—at Wilton’s headquarters in Naperville, Illinois. As we honor our rich legacy, we continue to evolve, inspiring the next generation of decorators through innovative, accessible education. We are seeking a creative, versatile baker to help deliver engaging educational experiences across our in-person, virtual, and digital platforms, blending teaching, content creation, and studio support. Reporting to the Education Strategy Manager, you will develop class plans and projects and teach baking and decorating classes both in-person and virtually. You will serve as one of several knowledgeable voices within the organization, representing a nearly 100-year tradition of bringing Wilton’s baking and cake decorating educational mission to life while ensuring students and customers feel welcomed, supported, and inspired
