Job Description
Provides learning-oriented human resources support as an HR Intern at the Dong Nam Manufacturing site. The role is designed to help the intern gain practical exposure, develop foundational HR skills, and understand real-world HR operations through hands-on participation in training coordination, HR communications, English enhancement programs, and recruitment support activities under close supervision and guidance of assigned HR professionals. The position focuses on learning, skill development, and administrative support, while ensuring alignment with Vietnamese regulations, company policies, and First Solar’s Core Values and Behaviors. Interns will participate in structured onboarding, mentoring, and on-the-job learning activities to support their academic and professional development.
