Job Description
What you will be doing
- You will support weekly dispatch planning with Manufacturing, downstream teams, and third‑party partners to ensure timely deliveries;
- Coordinate freight and transport activities, including domestic, import and export requirements, to meet business needs;
- Optimise distribution plans to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs;
- To ensure on‑time product delivery while maintaining high levels of customer service and regulatory compliance;
- Resolve inventory issues including stock reconciliations, delivery discrepancies and returns to maintain visibility and traceability;
- Maintain accurate inventory movements and records through SAP, including material movements, receipts and write‑offs;
- You will support site operations through purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and strict adherence to safety requirements.
