Job Description

What you'll do on a typical day:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish PERI as reliable and high-quality service supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding
  • Identifying new potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from offer preparation to project close-out, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
  • Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored formwork concepts using PERI products during client consultations.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customer.

What you'll need to be successful:

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with scaffolding, formwork, or related building materials.
  • Good understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems, their applications, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction sites is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese (written/spoken)
  • Valid Hong Kong license for client visits.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); AutoCAD knowledge beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.

 

Optional/ Preferred:

  • Existing network in Hong Kong’s construction industry.
  • Familiarity with local competitors and suppliers in scaffolding/formwork.
  • Candidates with sales experience in another industry may be considered.
