Job Description

Main Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of facility structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and utilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure structural integrity and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in facility maintenance. Identify and resolve potential issues that may lead to contamination or production inefficiencies. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and action plans to enhance facility performance. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance. Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability efforts within the facility. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or equivalent). Minimum 3 years relevant experience in facilities maintenance preferably within the food industry. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility management best practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing building structures and utilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
