Support the coordination of new store openings, including checklists, timelines, documentation, SOPs, and benchmarking activities

Provide operational support to existing locations, with a focus on procedures, quality control, reporting, scheduling, and benchmarking

Assist in menu development projects and product launches

Conduct benchmarking activities and competitor analysis

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation

Assist in the development of training materials and operational guidelines

Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on key activities

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (HQ, Operations, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain)

Develop reports related to store performance

Support the development of events and the management of the B2B database
