Conduct repairs, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance on equipment at RHI Magnesita facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Must show ability to get to the root cause and make and implement recommendations to improve reliability.
Repair or replace faulty parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assorted industrial equipment.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematic prints to perform required maintenance and service.
Plan for the acquisition of spare and wear parts for the maintenance of equipment.
Assist with inventory management functions.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Technical acceptance of new equipment and repairs in suppliers’ workshops.
Adherence to all safety requirements and use of appropriate PPE
