Evaluation and implementation of SAP solutions using the appropriate methodologies and in strict collaboration with the IT and Business teams;
Perform functional process and business requirements analysis;
Produce functional documentation and support testing and training.
Support to users in the configuration and use of the system;
Guide and monitoring the execution of unit and users’ acceptance tests with the business team;
Support pre-Go live and hyper care period, after the system's Go Live;
Support business users by responding to requests and/or resolving incidents reported via the Jira service desk platform;
Maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction, providing a value-added service;
Ensuring the implementation of information flows and document management, producing documents to support the use of the system;
Act as a link between the sales area and the technical team, contributing proactively to the presentation of creative ideas / solutions for problem solving.
