Ensure the implementation of new automation methods, technologies, control methods, and data acquisition
Provide support in projects (scope and SAT/FAT), as well as in the commissioning of new equipment and ensure its proper functioning after startup
Ensure the management of technical documentation (electrical schematics, R&D)
Manage PLCs, control systems, and database systems (Omron, SCADA, Historian)
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and its maintenance, monitoring plant maintenance activities daily
Diagnose faults (PLC, I/O, inverters, PROFINET/EtherNet/IP networks, Profibus)
Ensure interconnection and support to other areas, from the perspective of continuous improvement
Actively participate in meeting plant objectives and maintenance KPIs
Ensure the execution of corrective maintenance and compliance with the preventive maintenance plan for equipment, instrumentation, control systems, and industrial networks
Ensure the correct functioning of equipment in terms of safety, quality, environment, and energy
Manage and analyze data that allows for the diagnosis of equipment failures (PLC, I/O, inverters, network)
Collaborate and support external suppliers in the diagnosis of failures
Actively participate in team activities with a view to the development of third parties and the achievement of strategic objectives
