This is a leadership position, you should have a demonstrated ability to manage newsroom relationships and resources.
News moves fast! You must be able to multi-task and deliver for multiple, daily online and broadcast deadlines without losing your cool. You are organized and have superior communication skills.
Because news never stops - you are prepared to work evenings and weekends.
