Job Description
Who we are
Purpose of the job / project
LNDS is looking for an intern to support a cross-functional initiative aimed at improving how internal service questions are handled across enabling functions such as People, Office, Finance, Communication and others.
Today, answers are provided through Jira Service Management, Confluence, emails, Slack messages and informal exchanges. While the knowledge often exists, it is not always easy to find quickly, consistently or with confidence.
The internship will help prepare the ground for a future internal service layer where simple questions can be answered automatically, more complex ones can be supported with AI-generated draft answers, and human expertise is focused where it adds the most value. This work will also support the future implementation phase with a junior AI/automation profile.
The intern will work closely with enabling teams as well as with DataOps and DevOps colleagues managing the Atlassian ecosystem and related tools.
The intern will report to the Head of Operations and Head of People and will be part of the Operations department.
