Open Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Mechanic  to join our team in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Under direct supervision, you’ll perform tasks such as engine overhauls and tune-ups, brake system servicing, steering and transmission repair, and hydraulic maintenance on both diesel and gasoline-powered equipment.
