A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline. Work experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 3 years experience in power markets with proven ability to achieve daily and assigned tasks or applicable work experience
Expertise and knowledge of Protocols/Tariffs in any of the following ISOs/RTOs: AESO, CAISO, ERCOT, ISO-NE, MISO, NYISO and PJM
Expertise and knowledge of Protocols/Tariffs for public utility commissions, especially for CPUC and PUCT
Expertise and knowledge of Protocols/Tariffs with federal agencies such as EIA, NERC, and FERC
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage Federal and State agency contact relationships
Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and Teams
Strong communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team
Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
