Assistant Lead Analyst - S4Hana Project Integration Lead(ERP Project Delivery)
Job Description
Integration Leadership:
- Lead the overall integration strategy, design, and execution for the S/4HANA program.
- Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite and related technologies.
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design, configure, and govern integrations across S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud), legacy systems, cloud applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc), and third-party platforms.
- Ensure reusability, scalability, security, and performance of integration flows.
- Define data migration and cutover integration strategies in collaboration with the Data Migration team.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the integration point of contact with program leadership, functional leads, technical architects, and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration designs and ensure alignment with enterprise integration principles.
Governance & Compliance:
- Enforce best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure integrations comply with data security, PDPA, and IT audit requirements.
- Establish and manage API governance, monitoring, and error-handling processes.
Project Delivery:
- Drive project planning for integration workstreams including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee defect resolution, performance testing, and cutover/hypercare support for integrations.
- Ensure integration risks/issues are proactively managed and escalated.
