Job Description

Integration Leadership:

  • Lead the overall integration strategy, design, and execution for the S/4HANA program.
  • Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite and related technologies.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Design, configure, and govern integrations across S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud), legacy systems, cloud applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc), and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure reusability, scalability, security, and performance of integration flows.
  • Define data migration and cutover integration strategies in collaboration with the Data Migration team.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the integration point of contact with program leadership, functional leads, technical architects, and external vendors.
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration designs and ensure alignment with enterprise integration principles.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Enforce best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure integrations comply with data security, PDPA, and IT audit requirements.
  • Establish and manage API governance, monitoring, and error-handling processes.

Project Delivery:

  • Drive project planning for integration workstreams including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Oversee defect resolution, performance testing, and cutover/hypercare support for integrations.
  • Ensure integration risks/issues are proactively managed and escalated.
