What you’ll do:Translate foreign language reports and follow-up messages, reviewing peers’ translations as neededFollow customer guidelines and assign translations to be completed internally or externallyCommunicate with external translation vendorsHold all reports in strict confidenceCollaborate with leadership by communicating feedback opportunitiesAssist with special projects as assignedArrive to your scheduled shift on time and retain schedule flexibility with 24/7 operation that may change from time to time What you’ll bring:2+ years of translation experienceProfessional translation certification preferredNative or near-native proficiency in English and PortugueseExcellent written communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraintsStrong attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskExperience using MS OfficeMinimum typing speed of 35 wpmThe ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse culturesThe ability to work collaboratively and independentlyCulture Agility.
