- Conduct in-person and remote meetings with suppliers to improve performance in terms of pricing, lead time, and quality.
- Collaborate in Strategic Sourcing processes for medium-complexity scopes, including commercial evaluation, financial assessment, and capacity vs. demand analysis.
- Lead the qualification and development process for both critical and non-critical suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance in accordance with TechnipFMC’s policies.
- Measure performance and manage relationships with strategic suppliers through planned periodic meetings (QBR).
- Identify new suppliers for medium-complexity items and support the search for high-complexity ones, using industry-specific trade shows, benchmarking, and other tools.
- Participate in meetings with internal clients and resolve issues related to the supported area.
- Leverage internal client feedback to improve procurement processes.
