TMSS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Assessment & Compliance · Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment. · Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. · Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
2. Machine Safety Implementation · Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment. · Manage machine safety power apps. · Participate in company machine guarding programs. · Assist with Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures and ensure compliance. · Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to design safer machine operations.
3. Audits & Inspections · Perform scheduled machine safety inspections. · Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements. · Assist with safety program updates as needed.
4. Training & Support · Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures. · Participate in safety workshops and awareness programs. · Provide support and answer safety-related questions. · Assist with the development of safety documentation and procedures.
5. Incident Investigation & Reporting · Support the investigation of machine-related incidents and near misses. · Work with management to implement corrective actions. Qualifications & Skills · Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and electrical system · Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems (preferred but not essential) · Knowledge of safety PLC programming (not essential) · Familiarity with LOTOTO and machine guarding requirements. · Good problem-solving skill
