EXPERIENCE (FOR RECRUITMENT)
1. Knowledge of safety in process design legislations and international standard.
2. Experience in carry out refinery and petrochemical safety in process design and construction safety management
3. Knowledge and experience of risk assessment methodology e.g. Bow Tie, HAZOP, What if, Fault Tree analysis and Event Tree etc.
4. Good knowledge, tact, courage, co-operative abilities is necessity.
5. Proactive and analytical ability.
6. Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through
7. Positive influencing: ability to convince others, gain agreement or acceptance of plans activities and ability to move others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential in dealing with people at all levels and in a variety of functions and be able to influence and motivate others to quickly achieve results.
9. Good organizational and writing skills necessary to track and document PSM program progress.
10. Strong leadership, initiative, teamwork and quality orientation/attention to detail.
11. Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
12. Effective presentation, training, and facilitation skills.
13. Proficient in Microsoft, PHAST, PHA-Pro applications.
