Job Description

  • Project manage creative requests for brand with creative services ahead of innovation launches, eCommerce optimizations and graphic refreshes.
  • Execute timing of new item setup and product transitions in content syndication tools to ensure accuracy of active catalog
  • Work cross functionally to track NPD and transition timing for new shipments working with cross functional teams
  • Ensure all eCommerce content is accurate and optimized for all retailers
  • Build strategic partnerships with our Ecommerce retailers and Business teams to mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives
  • Lead the digital shelf strategy and content calendar with retail partners and brand teams to drive brand awareness and market share growth
  • Own retailers catalog management, digital content strategy and development, title and bullet point copy, new item set up process, and product page design.
  • Lead Ecommerce content excellence to deliver best in class path to purchase and product display page experience.
  • Share insights and learnings with sales and marketing teams
  • Drive key capabilities – path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+/ B+ Content, working alongside key partners and agencies
  • Develop and deliver training for wider teams to increase ecommerce base knowledge across organization
  • Support the implementation of new tech including but not limited to PXM/DSA tools
