Own retailers catalog management, digital content strategy and development, title and bullet point copy, new item set up process, and product page design.
Lead Ecommerce content excellence to deliver best in class path to purchase and product display page experience.
Share insights and learnings with sales and marketing teams
Drive key capabilities – path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+/ B+ Content, working alongside key partners and agencies
Develop and deliver training for wider teams to increase ecommerce base knowledge across organization
Support the implementation of new tech including but not limited to PXM/DSA tools
