Develop and supervise plans for efficient use of raw materials, machines and employees. Develop work process and utilize SAP systems to ensure plants meet or exceed company goals, objectives and financial performance targets. Review production costs, product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations of specific plants. Supervise production n and storage of aggregate products in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Regional Manager.
Review mining sequences and assist in developing mine planning, recommend budget requests and capital requirements to management, completes capital expenditure approval requests, monitor large projects through completion. Approves expenditures within defined parameters.
Source and secure quotes for maintenance materials for the processing plants and mobile equipment.
Ability to troubleshot plant processes and manage raw feed to identify and direct changes and improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
