Assist in the management of the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and safety reports.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall plant operations, participating in various department and plant-wide meetings.
Lead the response to maintenance emergencies, ensuring quick and effective resolution to minimize impact on production.
Ensures the safety of themselves and all colleagues through enforcing safe work practices and providing motivation and effective communication.
