Job Description
The Software Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading a cross functional team in the delivery of complex product and system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. The Software Delivery Lead will manage the successful delivery of product/projects which will require planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include drafting timelines, delegating work, collaborating, and working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required to ensure products get to market on time, and maintain compliance and quality. The Software Delivery Lead will also be responsible for supporting the performance and growth of each team member’s career through mentoring and coaching.
