Job Description
The purpose of Application Support Team lead is to oversee the activities of all Application Support Analyst in terms of planning, assigning, and directing daily tasks. To Keep track of all performance indexes which include incoming, open and aged tickets, customer experience, branch uptime and network monitoring. To manage and maintain all Service Level Agreements, provide point of contact to the team for all technical related queries and to provide daily reports on Application Support related statistics to management.
