Supervisor Electrical Shopfloor (m/f/d)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical management of the Electrical Workshop at the Eschweiler site
• Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies in alignment with company goals and organizational structure
• Further development of the electrical workshop with regard to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Ensuring the timely execution of mandatory inspections
• Strategic development of the electrical workshop in areas such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Responsibility for occupational health and safety
• Participation in project work in collaboration with specialist departments and external contractors
• Conducting and initiating risk assessments
• Preparation of statistics and presentations
• Organization, coordination, and supervision of external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, quality, schedule, and cost objectives

Education

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company
• At least 5 years of experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of employees

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC programs, and SAP
• Good knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, as well as experience participating in projects
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, hands-on mentality, and customer orientation
• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
