Role Summary
The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) serves as a senior advisor to leaders across Cyber, Global Enterprise Technology, and Global Restaurant Technology, enabling business performance through effective people, talent, and organizational execution. This role translates enterprise people strategy into actionable plans and ensures alignment to business priorities, timelines, and organizational realities.
Operating within a global, matrixed environment, the PCBP partners closely with leaders and People & Culture teams to drive workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture outcomes, while modeling Yum!’s Smart, Heart, and Courage leadership behaviors.
