
Vice Chair - Practice Administration (RST)
Job Description
The Vice Chair-Practice Administration occupies a senior leadership role within the department. Responsible for the administrative guidance, direction, and oversight of various divisions or operating units. May serve as the department leader in the absence of the Associate Administrator.
Responsible for institutional governance and leadership needs through active participate on institutional committees, task forces, etc. Accountable for fiscal management, strategic planning, performance management, and mentoring of assigned divisions. Functions in a senior leadership role with the physician leader of the department and leaders of divisions to offer guidance and management of allied health staff. Works collaboratively with institutional and department leaders to lead and support key strategic initiatives.
