Job Description
Position Summary The position holder will be responsible for reporting directly to the Senior General Counsel Asia based in Hong Kong and working closely with fellow legal team members located across APAC offices and business colleagues throughout the APAC and Middle East region. The individual will be based in Singapore, forming part of the Asia Legal Team, with responsibilities covering legal, compliance, and company secretarial matters across APAC and the Middle East. The position holder may also take up corporate responsibilities in the capacity of Singapore Branch Manager of a foreign registered company, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements. While strategic advice to senior management remains the responsibility of the Senior General Counsel, this role may from time to time provide assistance to country heads, brand heads, and regional function heads with their day to day operations and challenges.
