Logistics Operations Manager
Job Description
Logistics Operations Manager (LOM) for AGL-ERDS serves in support of the Senior Program Manager for the execution of logistic support as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. The LOM coordinates with Regional Assistant Project Managers in the direction of site operations managers and site supervisors on all operational deliverables. LOM servs as primary POC for all issues pertaining to the operational execution of the contract with supported customers.
Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates operational strategies. Reviews, analyzes, and prepares reports, records, and data required for plan activities.
- Develops and implements policies, practices, procedures, and operating goals.
- Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies. Typically requires BA and 5-7 years.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 years' experience in Army Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive management skills/experience.
- Subject matter expert in the following Logistic information systems
- GCSS-A
- Decision Support Tool
- Vantage
- E-TIDS
- Microsoft Office.
ANNUAL SALARY: $110,000- $120,000k
