WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The purpose of this role is to follow cookie recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products
- Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook cookies in large/small batches
- Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
- Learn and receive training to develop technique.
- Prioritize job duties based on importance.
- Able to work in a Cookie store location- (DEATH COOKIE)
WHAT DO WE MEED FROM YOU?
- 1 to 2 years experience
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work weekend shifts
