WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Take guest orders for food & beverage, Process orders using the POS system
- Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages
- Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room or off site location
- Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Previous POS systems experience an asset
- Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
