Job Description
- Partner with the SEC reporting team on public company filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), earnings releases, and supporting disclosures — ensuring investor-facing narratives align with reported financials
- Maintain working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX to inform capital markets and M&A decisions
- Lead investor relations activities, including earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst communications, and shareholder engagement
- Support and execute capital markets activities, including equity/debt offerings, refinancing, and credit facility management
- Evaluate investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessments
- Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, and post-merger integration
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, banks, investors, and advisors
- Provide financial insights and strategic analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making
- Leverage FP&A outputs (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) to support capital allocation, investor guidance, and M&A modeling
- Drive process improvements across investor relations, capital markets, and M&A workflows
