Job Description
The HR Director for Samuel’s Pressure Vessel Engineered Systems Group will report to the Business Unit President (dotted line to the HRVP, USA Operations),working with the HR COEs to develop and direct execution of the key elements of the HR strategy for the business; will work closely with business unit leaders, and others to champion culture transformation, support the direction of the business plan, and the fulfillment of deliverables. They will build, embed and/or adapt HR infrastructure, people priorities, principles, practices, ethics and standards required to propel the business in a smooth and efficient manner. The role will focus on both strategic and tactical HR deliverables needed to support business goals.
