Job Description
The Simulation Lab is part of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN) Department of Academic Affairs and supports the Simulation Center and the Director of Simulation, working in close collaboration with the Senior Budget Analyst, other administrators, faculty, and staff. This position is responsible for managing daily administrative, operational, and financial activities of the simulation lab. This position works independently and collaboratively to manage the logistics of scheduling and planning simulation events, maintain comprehensive inventory tracking, and to support processes for maintenance, inventory, and operation of all simulation equipment/supplies. Under the direction of the Director of Simulation, the Program Manager ensures adherence to program policies, simulation best practices and safety measures. This position is 100% on campus and requires a full-time, in-person presence.
