Family Services Supervisor

The Family Services Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to Family Services staff serving Rockbridge County, Lexington, and Buena Vista. This role supports Child Protective Services (CPS), ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed practice. The Supervisor trains and mentors staff, ensures compliance with state and local policy, and collaborates with courts, law enforcement, schools, and community partners to promote safety, permanency, and well‑being for children, families, and vulnerable adults.
