Winchester DSS is looking for a Benefit Programs Supervisor to join our team! This position offers a $5,000 Hiring Bonus!

In order to qualify, the candidate must possess:

1. Two years of Benefit Programs experience
2. One year of supervisory and/or leadership experience

Winchester Department of Social Services is seeking a Benefit Programs Supervisor to lead a strong team of Benefit Programs Specialists. This is a fast-paced role suited for a leader who has considerable experience in administering eligibility operations (SNAP, Medicaid, and other programs), training and developing staff, and improving internal systems and processes.
