We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team! In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of roadway design plans, specifications, and engineering deliverables that shape the safety and efficiency of our transportation network.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in civil engineering design review, quality control processes, and roadway standards (AASHTO, MUTCD, and VDOT guidelines). You will collaborate closely with design engineers, consultants, and project managers to identify and resolve design discrepancies early in the project lifecycle, reducing risk and improving constructability.
