We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to contribute to If’s competence supply by ensuring a high-quality recruitment process and developing the candidate’s experience. You'll primarily focus on our IT organization, concentrating on hiring for tech and IT roles, but you will from time to time assist the business side with recruitment as well.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting the best talents to If. You will also have the opportunity to participate in developing existing recruitment processes. You will be a part of our global Tech TA team, consisting of Talent Acquisitions Partners and Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Our team is distributed between all Nordic countries, as well as Estonia and Latvia. You will report to the Team Lead for Tech & Specialist.
What are you going to do?
Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process from needs analysis and job profile to advertising, screening applications, sending out tests, conducting interviews, and supporting managers in offering positions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating closely with managers to understand their needs and identify the best recruitment strategy.
Actively source talents through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, social media and job portals
Participate in and help organize events to market If and attract potential candidates
Support Employer Branding activities to strengthen our brand in the candidate market
Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes
Collaborate closely with other members of the TA organization, as well as with colleagues from other HR functions.
What do we expect from you?
Someone who takes ownership of the entire recruitment process and is accustomed to supporting hiring managers in successfully completing recruitment processes, especially within the IT/tech sphere. You are keen on creating an excellent candidate experience and are passionate about meeting other people. As a person, you are curious and gain energy from creating the perfect match between candidate and position.
In addition to that, we also see that you have:
At least a few years of experience in recruitment where you have been involved in the entire recruitment process
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience in IT recruitment is considered an advantage
Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English and Latvian to communicate with candidates and colleagues in Latvia and other countries
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience
