Digital Business Developer/Project Manager

We’re if insurance and we give people confidence today to shape their tomorrow! Our unit, Mobility, works with car insurance and everything that can help you when you have had an accident with your car. We are now looking for a Digital Business Developer with strong Project Management skills to join our team of Digital Product and Service Experts and we’re hoping that it’s you!

What are we looking for?

You have previous experience from working with digital products and projects, preferably from a larger organization with agile ways of working, high complexity and many dependencies. You’re used to managing stakeholder expectations and communication as well as participating in continuously improving the way of working. You are opinionated and express your ideas and thoughts, but you’re also a good listener.

If you’ve worked within finance or insurance previously and/or have a background in management consulting, it’s a big plus, but not a must. In this role it’s necessary to speak English fluently and if you’re also familiar with one of the Nordic languages, it will give you an advantage.

About the role

You will be part of the DiMoN team (Digital Mobility Nordic) consisting of Product Owners, Service Developers and Project Managers, all working on improving our digital services and products. You will contribute by conducting/leading investigations, prestudies and implementation projects.

About the team

Most of your day to day work will happen in close proximity of the Mobility Tribe. You will interact with stakeholders, SMEs, POs and squads related to the current project. When it comes to reporting lines, you will be part of a group of Digital Business Developers reporting to the Mobility Tribe Business Owner/Head of Business & Digital Development. We all work to make car insurance a little bit more hustle free and smooth.
