About this Position As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, support business functions with your technical expertise, and actively contribute to the company's mission of delivering top-tier customer service and operational support. What you´ll do Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
