CRISIS CASE WORKER MST-PSYCHIATRIC (BRONX, NY)

Seeking a field-based Crisis Caseworker to support youth (ages 9–17) with serious emotional and behavioral challenges in the Bronx. Responsibilities include crisis management, treatment plan support, and coordination with families, schools, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Must be available for periodic on-call and weekend coverage. Caseload: 15–20 families. Requires mental health training, casework experience, NYS driver’s license, and comfort with NYC public transit.
